Mechatronics Engineer | Robotics & Manufacturing

We are living on the precipice of a robotics revolution, and I am thrilled to be in the midst of it.
As a mechatronics engineer, I have been keenly aware of how the modern world is being irrevocably altered by the advent of AI and modern robotics over the last few years, be it in the fields of agentic software, manufacturing, or direct product design.
I love taking complex projects from the brainstorm phase and into reality, seeing how a design comes to life, and (even if in a small way) using these designs to help benefit all of humanity.

My Projects

OMNI Modular Robotic Arm

Capstone Project | Sep 2025 - Mar 2026

Designed a 5-DOF adaptable robotic manipulator system using SolidWorks. Fabricated modular joints utilizing 3D-printed PETG bushings, bayonet mounts, and plunger pins to maintain concentricity and allow for rapid physical modularity. Programmed automatic Inverse Kinematics Algorithms for servo motors using Raspberry Pi and STM32 controllers, resulting in rapid arm reconfiguration.

OMNI Robotic Arm

Able Innovations

Mechanical Engineer Intern | May 2025 - Aug 2025

Directly worked on the design of an automated patient transfer system, creating new components and making improvements using SolidWorks, resulting in reduced manufacturing complexity and cost savings. Fabricated rapid prototype solutions for on-site breakdowns using CAD and machine tools. Analyzed manufacturing workflows alongside the production team to increase operational efficiency and improved operator ergonomics.

Able Innovations

Schaeffler / Vitesco

R&D Engineer Intern | Jan 2025 - Apr 2025

Designed A and B sample prototypes using Catia and stack-up analysis, resulting in client-compliant dimensional fits. Analyzed CMM and durability test data using Minitab and Excel, resulting in the successful diagnosis of leakage failures in automotive coolant flow control valves. Calculated performance differences between ETF and ULV oils with respect to thermoplastics and seals.

Schaeffler

Stewart Platform

Project | Sep 2024 - Dec 2024

Designed a platform capable of automatic ball balancing alongside a multidisciplinary team, resulting in comprehensive mechanical, hardware, and software integration. Manufactured platform components using SolidWorks, 3D printing, and laser cutting. Programmed feedback control systems using PID algorithms, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi, resulting in enhanced responsiveness and accurate camera-based ball tracking.
